Kentucky has several talented prospects this year, many of which have committed to in-state programs. The most recently of these talented prospects is Elizabethtown tight end, Mitchell Henry.

Mitchell Henry helped his school make a late season surge into the playoffs and the Panthers even picked up a victory in the post season, before falling in the second round. During that time, Henry was accumulating a ton of yardage and receptions (72 catches for 1171 yards and 14 touchdowns).

His production last season and this year earned him offers from Memphis, Bowling Green and Western Kentucky. Henry decided that Western Kentucky was the way to go.

Henry committed to Western last weekend. "Yes, it's true (that I committed to Western)," he said. "The coaching staff and their offense (stand out for me)," said Henry.

Henry is also still hearing from an SEC squad, and should they offer, things could change.

"Ole Miss could still possibly offer, so that could change my decision later on," he said.
